Design & Initial Pricing
We start by designing the building and providing a comprehensive kitset, build, and standard foundation quote. If you have a geotech report, we price a specific foundation from the outset with unparalleled accuracy, and provide accurate estimates of earthworks, drainage, and civil costs based on our experience and any available site information - so you understand the full picture before committing to anything.

Commitment & Site Assessment
Once you're committed to the initial project scope, we go to work properly. Our team visits the site, analyses the terrain, marks out the building, and takes comprehensive levels across the entire area. We draft our own earthworks site plan and elevations, perform detailed quantity take-offs, and produce a precise, transparent scope and price for all remaining civil and site works. This is where our expertise genuinely separates us from the market.

Consents & Management
We manage the entire building consent process in-house - concept drawings, site plans, structural engineer liaison, council submissions, and producer statements. Our team knows the process, knows the councils, and keeps things moving. You stay focused on your project. We handle the paperwork, the follow-ups, and the compliance requirements from first submission through to consent issue.

Site Works & Construction
Our own builders, civil operators, access equipment, and plant handle every stage of the build. Earthworks, drainage, foundations, steel erection, cladding, joinery, and fitout - all managed by one experienced team with milestone-based payment claims and transparent progress reporting throughout. You always know where your project is, what has been completed, and what is coming next.

Handover & Completion
We see every project through to Code Compliance Certificate and formal handover. Any snag items are documented, tracked, and resolved before we consider a job finished. You receive full workmanship and product warranties, along with maintenance support guidance so your building performs as it should long after we've packed up. The relationship doesn't end at handover - it continues.
